	Outstanding durability, appearance, performance and safety at an exceptional value. Steel sandwich construction: 13/8" thick polystyrene insulation is pressure-bonded between two sheets of steel providing exceptional strength, durability, maximum insulation value and quiet operation.
	Maintenance-free: Interior and exterior steel skins are hot-dipped galvanized for superior rust protection, then finished with a baked-on primer and easy to clean baked-on polyester topcoat. Interior surface is finish painted white. Exterior panels are available in white, almond, brown or sandstone, or can be painted to match your home.
	Panel design: Each panel style features an attractive woodgrain texture. Inside steel skin has stucco texture.
	Tongue & groove joints:Provides a superior weather resistant seal at each section joint and ensures best door alignment.
	Bottom weatherseal system:Weatherseal helps seal out the elements. Rust-proof aluminum weatherseal retainer is the best system available.

Paint System

The paint system consists of a hot-dipped galvanized coating applied to the base steel. A phosphate treatment is applied before a baked-on epoxy primer paint is applied. This prime coat is then finished with a baked-on polyester top coat finish for maximum rust protection.

Patented Safe-T-Bracket™

Bottom bracket cannot, under normal circumstances, be removed while door is under tension.

Hardware

18-gauge galvanized steel hardware is standard on all models for corrosion resistance. Heavy-duty 14-gauge is optional.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Models S2RST, S4RST, SDP38, SFL38, R2RST, R4RST, RDP38, RFL38, MDP38, MFL38

Ideal Door® warrants the sections of the Models listed under Lifetime Limited Warranty against rust through due to the paint finish cracking, checking or peeling (losing adhesion) as follows: (a) in residential single family installations for as long as you (the original purchaser) own your home; (b) in all other residential installations (including installations on facilities owned in common by condominium associations or similar organizations), for ten (10) years from date of delivery to the original purchaser. If within the term of the warranty, the sections are determined to be defective, as verified upon inspection by persons authorized by Ideal Door®, we will replace or otherwise restore (at our option) any such defective garage door sections.
